Jamie Villamor Meet Jamie.  I was born and raised here in Las Vegas have been working at Scrappin Time since October 1996.  I know it seems like forever. I guess goes to show how much I love working here! I have since been married for 10 years and have 3 beautiful girls that you may have seen working around the store.  Cierra 11, Aleeya 8 and MaKenna, the hardest worker of them all, who is 6. Since my husband is the only boy in the house besides the dog and cat, most of my layouts tend to have lots of flowers and girly things.    Some frequently asked questions:   How long have you been teaching classes: 8 years   Where do you get your inspiration? I'm always looking at different color combinations on all the magazines when I'm standing in line at the grocery store Opera is the best! Also I know it's weird but if I'm scrappin a lot, I will often dream of different layouts and will draw them in my journal when i wake up.   Favorite vender's: Making Memories, & KI Memories   Tool or product couldn't live without: glue lines, nothing works better for adhering ribbon!   What do you do besides scrapbook? I'm a huge sports fan if I'm not playing I am watching usually while I scrapbook :)

 

 

Marisa Faylim Meet Marisa.  Hi!  I am originally from the island of Guam.  Born and raised in California.  I have been married for 8 years and have 3 children, Qiarah who is 9 years old and Tyler & Trevor who are 7 years old.  My family and I moved to Las Vegas about 7 years ago after my dad retired from the Marine Corps and moved here with my mom and sisters.  Along with all of the responsiblities of home and family, I have always been creative in one way or another!  I started scrapbooking after the birth of my daughter and have continued to document just about everything in my children's lives and the events in our family.  Now I scrapbook to "Celebrate the Moment" which is a concept that is very important in our family since my twin sons were diagnosed with Autism.  I love to try new techniques and all of the newest supplies.  My scrapbook style is simple and "out of the box".  I stretch my creativity to the limit on every single project.  My inspiration usually comes from just about everything that surrounds me.  I am inspired by color, fonts, fashion, home decor, and so much more.  I enjoy teaching the things I know and love meeting new people and learning about them.  If you have a suggestion or idea for a class . . .  let me know!  I would also like to teach some Hybrid or Digital Scrapbooking Classes in the future.  I look forward to meeting you in all my classes!

 

Laura Canale   I have been involved with many forms of  arts and crafts since I was small, but for several years now I have been in love with all things papercrafting.  I really got involved with cardmaking last year when I found an online community dedicated to stamping.   Over the past six months, I have won a design contest and a national stamping contest, been published in several stamping magazines, and am on a design team for My Favorite Things and Amercican Art Stamps.  I am a stay at home mom, and this adventure has been an absolute dream come true.  I have spent most of my money on  food, wine and paper crafting...the rest I have wasted.
